All affected payments have been completed. What happened: between roughly 9:20am and 10:30am ET, the Polygon network became heavily congested and blockchain transactions took far longer than usual to confirm, causing some payments initiated in that window to remain in processing longer than expected. Funds were safe at all times, and every affected payment has now been delivered.
We also shipped three improvements: our send logic now backs off and retries for hours instead of minutes so congestion cannot outlast it; slow transactions are now watched for up to 24 hours with immediate alerting instead of timing out; and a self-healing check now detects any transaction that completes on-chain after the wait window, finalizes the payment and delivers the webhook automatically.
New transactions on Polygon are processing normally again. A small number of payments initiated during the incident window are still delayed while we work with our infrastructure provider to complete them. No funds are at risk.
Transactions on the Polygon network are experiencing delays. No funds are at risk; affected transactions are held safely and complete automatically once processing resumes. Transfers on other networks are unaffected. We are working with our infrastructure provider to restore normal processing times.
