EUR (SEPA) payouts are fully restored. Processing resumed and was validated end-to-end on July 29 at ~17:00 UTC, and payouts have been completing normally since. Funds were safe throughout; any payout that failed during the incident was automatically returned to the sender wallet.

The banking partner has deployed a fix and we are validating EUR (SEPA) payouts end-to-end now. We will confirm here once processing is fully restored. Funds remain safe; any payout that fails during validation is automatically returned to the sender wallet.

The banking partner has identified the root cause and is deploying a fix, expected by end of day today. We continue to recommend holding new EUR (SEPA) payouts until we confirm processing has resumed. EUR (SEPA) payouts are experiencing delays due to a technical issue at the banking partner that settles EUR payments in Europe. While the issue is being fixed, we recommend holding off on creating new EUR payouts. Any EUR payout created during this period may not process, in which case the funds are automatically returned to the sender wallet. No funds are at risk. All other currencies and rails are operating normally. We will post updates here.
