We've identified a network-level disruption on the Base blockchain that is affecting transaction processing.

Transactions that settle on Base (payins and payouts) may be delayed or temporarily fail to send, and on-chain confirmations and webhooks may be delayed.

This is limited to the Base network; other networks are unaffected. No funds are at risk: affected transactions are held safely and will complete automatically once the network recovers.
