This incident has been resolved. Our payment partner has fixed the service disruption and payout processing for ARS, MXN, and COP currencies has been fully restored. All payment methods are now operating normally.

We have identified the root cause of the payment processing delays. The issue is related to a service disruption with our payment partner.

We are currently experiencing issues processing payouts in ARS, MXN, and COP due to a service disruption with one of our payment partners.
